Privacy Policy

Doku Assurance uses information submitted directly by prospective clients solely to evaluate and respond to inquiries, conduct conflict checks where applicable, and provide requested services. Doku does not sell personal information.
Japan inquiry information
The Japan inquiry form collects name, company, work email, preferred language, privacy acknowledgement, and any optional role or non-confidential project context supplied by the visitor. Do not submit confidential architecture, security, workload, transaction, or customer information.
Submissions are written to access-controlled private storage and sent through the configured transactional-email provider to the prospective client and Doku's monitored intake recipient. The information is used only to assess fit, maintain an inquiry record, and respond. Inquiry records are retained for up to 180 days unless a longer period is required by an executed agreement or law, then deleted through the scheduled retention process or earlier on a verified request.
Transaction materials
Transaction materials are handled according to the agreed scope, confidentiality terms, and lender-approved systems. They should not be submitted through the Japan inquiry form.
Optional measurement
Google Ads measurement loads only after a visitor gives permission. Declining keeps the tag disabled. The preference is stored locally in the browser. Japan funnel events contain page context such as locale, viewport category, and CTA location; they exclude names, email addresses, companies, and free-form inquiry content.
Japan legal review
This notice does not claim compliance with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) or any other law. Japanese-market privacy language, cross-border processing, retention, and contracting terms require counsel review before launch.

日本向け問い合わせ情報
日本向け問い合わせフォームでは、氏名、会社・組織名、勤務先メールアドレス、希望言語、プライバシー確認、および任意で入力された役職・部門と非機密のプロジェクト概要を取得します。機密のアーキテクチャ、セキュリティ、ワークロード、取引、顧客情報は送信しないでください。
送信内容は、アクセス制御された非公開ストレージに記録され、設定済みのトランザクションメール提供者を通じて、送信者とDokuの監視対象受付先に送信されます。情報は、適合性の確認、問い合わせ記録の保持、回答のためにのみ使用します。問い合わせ記録は、締結済み契約または法令により長期保存が必要な場合を除き最長180日間保持し、定期削除処理または確認済みの削除依頼により削除します。
取引資料
取引資料は、合意済みの範囲、秘密保持条件、貸し手が承認したシステムに従って取り扱います。日本向け問い合わせフォームでは送信しないでください。
任意の計測
Google Adsの計測は、訪問者が許可した場合にのみ読み込まれます。拒否した場合、タグは無効のままです。選択内容はブラウザ内に保存されます。日本向けページのファネルイベントには、言語、画面区分、CTAの位置などのページ文脈のみが含まれ、氏名、メールアドレス、会社名、自由記述の問い合わせ内容は含まれません。
